Rachel Atkinson
Part HR expert, part workplace rebel, and 100% committed to creating inclusive, people-centred workplaces where people can thrive (without needing to translate corporate nonsense).
With over 25 years' experience across sectors including charities, SMEs and public services, she brings a no-fluff, pragmatic approach to all things people and culture. Whether she's guiding a board through strategic change or reworking a policy to actually make sense, Rachel blends straight-talking advice with warmth, humour, and a deep commitment to equity and trauma-informed practice.
Based on the south coast, she swears by sea dips all year round (yes, even in February) and is happiest pairing difficult conversations with strong coffee and a decent cake.
She believes the best workplaces are like a well-rehearsed dance routine: grounded in rhythm, full of collaboration, and with room for everyone to have their moment in the spotlight.
