The Main Stage and The Studio: ongoing support, from a few hours a year to protected time in the diary every month.

Choose your stage

Two ways to have us alongside you. The Main Stage puts Rachel in your organisation, with time set aside for you every month. The Studio is for organisations running things themselves, with the full policy library and expert back-up when you need it.

The Main Stage

Main Stage Principal

You want Rachel embedded in your organisation, with time set aside every month.

  • Protected time in the diary: a minimum of 2 days a month, reserved in advance and movable when your priorities shift
  • Time is allocated monthly and doesn't pool across the quarter, unless agreed in advance
  • Prioritised support for emerging issues, with associate cover when Rachel is away
  • The full suite, bespoke and branded to you: handbook, policies, contracts and volunteer agreements, kept updated
  • 18 Lunch and Learn seats a year

Charities £1,100 a month · Non-charities £1,350 a month
Based on 2 days a month. Quarterly in advance saves 5%. Extra days at the retained rate: £550 / £675.

Paid monthly in advance. Minimum term 3 months, 2 months' notice.

You want regular, predictable support and someone who knows you.

  • From half a day to 1.5 days a month, pooled across the quarter to use as you need
  • Associate cover when Rachel is away
  • Full suite of policies, contracts and volunteer agreements, bespoke to you (handbook available separately at a discount)
  • 12 Lunch and Learn seats a year

Per quarter, charities / non-charities:

Annually in advance saves 5%.

Paid quarterly in advance. Minimum term 3 months, 2 months' notice.

Studio Access Plus

You want to run things yourself, with expert back-up when you need it.

  • The full library of policies, contracts and volunteer agreements. You make your own changes; we keep the library current as the law changes
  • Yours to download and keep, correct on the day you take them. Ongoing access means you always have the current version as the law changes
  • 8 hours of Rachel's time a year, used as issues arise, running across the year
  • Annual audit: a policy and best practice check-up with a RAG-rated report for your trustee board
  • 6 Lunch and Learn seats a year

Charities £295 a quarter · Non-charities £375 a quarter
Or £1,121 / £1,425 paid annually, saving 5%.

The Studio

You want the documents right, and a little help along the way.

  • The full library of policies, contracts and volunteer agreements. You make your own changes; we keep the library current as the law changes
  • Yours to download and keep, correct on the day you take them. Ongoing access means you always have the current version as the law changes
  • 4 hours of Rachel's time a year, used as issues arise, running across the year
  • 3 Lunch and Learn seats a year

Charities £149 a quarter · Non-charities £189 a quarter
Or £566 / £718 paid annually, saving 5%.

On The Studio and need more time? Extra hours are £95 an hour for charities, £115 for non-charities, and you can step up to The Main Stage at any time.

  • Accessible by design. Dyslexia-friendly fonts, generous spacing, plain English and short sentences. No legal waffle, so your people can actually read the thing you are asking them to follow
  • Trauma-informed. Policies get reached for at the worst moments. Ours are written so the tone does not add to the harm, while still doing the job legally
  • All Things People, our monthly newsletter, plus ongoing access to updated toolkits for you and your managers

Worth knowing

  • Go over your included time and the extra hours are simply billed at your discounted rate (£95 / £115 an hour), no approval dance needed
  • Need a lot more time? Booking an extra day in advance works out cheaper
  • Hours do not roll over on any package, unless agreed in advance
  • Tribunal representation is not included in any package and is quoted separately

The small print

  • A working day is 7 hours and a half day is 3.5 hours.
  • Time is charged for hours worked, in minimum 15-minute increments.
  • Travel is charged at half the travel time from Bournemouth, Dorset.
  • Lunch and Learn seats are 1 person at 1 live session (not recorded): 6 topics, with sessions running from February to November, capped at 15 attendees. Seats are used flexibly and unused seats expire annually.
  • Associate cover applies to retainers of half a day a month or more. We also use associates for their complementary values and skillset.
  • The Studio and The Main Stage are billed quarterly in advance. Main Stage Principal is billed monthly, with quarterly saving 5%.
  • Minimum terms: 12 months on The Studio (it is an annual product: the hours, the seats and the audit all run across the year), 3 months on The Main Stage.
  • All prices are plus VAT.
